A special prayer emphasis during the month of August when we have a daily gathering where we use the following format to specifically pray for the salvation of those who do not yet know God personally and for other prayer needs. - Begin with a worship song. - An appointed person shares a 5 - 10 minute prayer devotional. - We engage in self-directed prayer using prayer request cards filled out by members of our church family. Take a few, pray, then return them to the front and gather a few more to pray over. - Gather in the front when directed for a time of corporate prayer and agreement before we are dismissed.
